Extremely convenient to Heavenly ski resort (1.5 miles) 1.5 mile to Stateline. Heavenly's California gondola is just a 5 minute drive away. Entertainment and casinos are right off Stateline, 1.5 miles away. (Within walking distance if you don't want to drive) No smoking in or around the property and no pets.
