Amazing 1.5 acre property and real LOG cabin for rent (with not one but two added porches at the front of the home and back) This home was completely renovated in March of 2021 including the plumbing, electrical, subfloors, kitchen, carpet and more! Carpets will be cleaned and a professional cleaner will come in before move in. We can allow move in August 15th or September 1st. Rent is $3000 which includes all bills and a storage garage, wifi is not included and there is no garage for your vehicle but with 1.5 acres - plenty of space for parking including an RV if needed. This home is on a well and septic and is located in Ponderosa Park in Elizabeth, CO. Please know this is a 4 bedroom, 2 bath home with a beautiful deck and mountain views. There are 2 bedrooms upstairs and 2 bedrooms downstairs. The deck was stained less than one year ago along with added support. Wifi is broadband and this would need to be taken care of by the tenants. Reminder: This is in Elizabeth...there can be bobcats, bears, bugs, bees, spiders, etc. If it snows, sometimes you can be snowed in for a day or two. We suggest having a 4x4 drive vehicle though so this is not an issue. We have had an amazing family here for 3 1/2 years but their family grew and they need 5 bedrooms now. There are two other dwellings on the property as well. Everyone is very respectful, quiet and keeps to themselves or helps one another out if needed (especially when it snows).
