Utilities included: electricity, heat, gas, internet and water. Is not pet friendly. Date Available: September 1, 2025. $1,500/month. $1,500 security deposit required ($175 non-refundable to pay for move out cleaning). This is the 2nd of 3! We call this one Studio With a View, Building B. Background Check, References and Credit Check are required. Renters Insurance will be required and a Contract required as well. (This is for one person - if 2, please let us know and it can be discussed). Please know, you will want a good vehicle to live on this property! 4x4, truck, SUV, etc. Some days is does snow A LOT and you may be stuck in the cabin for a day or two. We will provide someone to plow when it is a lot of snow otherwise we ask that you please use a shovel and maintain the snow. There are bugs, insects, animals, mountain animals, etc. that come across this property also. This is also on a Well and Septic. It is an amazing little cabin and we want to make sure the right person takes it over for us. Showings will need to be by appointment only. You have your own trash can, private deck, private living space and parking spot.

Amazing 1.5 acre property and real LOG cabin for rent (with not one but two added porches at the front of the home and back) This home was completely renovated in March of 2021 including the plumbing, electrical, subfloors, kitchen, carpet and more! Carpets will be cleaned and a professional cleaner will come in before move in. We can allow move in August 15th or September 1st. Rent is $3000 which includes all bills and a storage garage, wifi is not included and there is no garage for your vehicle but with 1.5 acres - plenty of space for parking including an RV if needed. This home is on a well and septic and is located in Ponderosa Park in Elizabeth, CO. Please know this is a 4 bedroom, 2 bath home with a beautiful deck and mountain views. There are 2 bedrooms upstairs and 2 bedrooms downstairs. The deck was stained less than one year ago along with added support. Wifi is broadband and this would need to be taken care of by the tenants. Reminder: This is in Elizabeth...there can be bobcats, bears, bugs, bees, spiders, etc. If it snows, sometimes you can be snowed in for a day or two. We suggest having a 4x4 drive vehicle though so this is not an issue. We have had an amazing family here for 3 1/2 years but their family grew and they need 5 bedrooms now. There are two other dwellings on the property as well. Everyone is very respectful, quiet and keeps to themselves or helps one another out if needed (especially when it snows).
