Move-in date: June 1, 2026 Rent: $3,000/month — includes all utilities and a storage garage Not included: Wi-Fi (broadband available- tenant to set up) Please note: there is no garage for vehicle parking, but with 1.5 acres, there is ample space for parking, including room for an RV if needed. This is a 4-bedroom, 2-bath home featuring: 2 bedrooms upstairs 2 bedrooms downstairs The deck has beautiful mountain views! The home is on well and septic and is located in Ponderosa Park in Elizabeth, CO. Important notes about the location: This is true Colorado living with wildlife such as deer, bugs, bees, spiders and even bears or bobcats are a possibility (once in the last 20 years). During winter months, there may be occasions where access is limited for a day or two due to snow if you do not have a 4x4 vehicle. ***A 4x4 vehicle is strongly recommended*** We have had great families in this home and on the property over the last 5 years. There are two other dwellings on the property (single occupancy for each) and they are completely private with their own wifi and own trash cans- all residents are respectful, keep to themselves, quiet, and help one another when needed, especially during snow. Additional notes: We are not a rental property or management company. We own and truly love this property and are very hands-on owners who make sure things are taken care of.
