No pets and no smoking. Good credit and good income needed-- Clean, easy access, 1 bath, ample parking-- Close to Highland Elementary!! No pets and No smoking allowed please. Unit has great outdoor space!! Cheshire CT is a great setting for the spectacular Pond View apartments. Right on Route 10 and close to I-691, Cheshire is a great centralized town in Connecticut. Cheshire joins the rest of the Lower Naugatuck Valley in sharing the great honor of an “All-America City” title. This fantastic award came in 2000 after tireless efforts from a massive number of community-oriented individuals.
