Love the apartment. Not the best at following up. Also called about cable and they told me we can't get a satellite dish, however CT state law does not allow landlords to deny the use of a satellite on your private rented property. Aka a balcony.

I have lived here for a about a year now. My overall experience with this place isn't the best but there's some pros that came with this place. As far as the actual apartment goes that was wonderful! really big and nice two bedroom apartment with two full bathrooms. As far as management; that's another story! This place is beyond unprofessional! In the management office there's two main girls that's usually there. The main girl that deals with the paperwork and your lease is Sarena. She's by far the world's most unprofessional person that I've ever met. She's very rude and has a nasty attitude. She's not very informative and I doubt that she'd be able to help you in anyways! I'm assuming that she's related to the owners of Summit Ridge. That's the only way I can see her keeping her job. In the real world this woman would be fired. She truly does suck as a human being. The other girl that sits next to her to the right is a much better person to deal with. she's more pleasant and more personable. These people overall isn't the best to deal with.
