Amenities included: central air, central heat, private patio, dishwasher, pool, stainless steel appliances, updated kitchen, updated bathroom, storage, updated washer/dryer, and egress window. Utilities included: water. This is a pet friendly property for the right dogs—two small to medium sized dogs would be considered, in alignment with the HOA’s pet policies. Pet deposit is $200. Pet rent is $25/month, per pet. The HOA manages snow and ice removal and lawn care. Two parking passes are included for one covered carport space that is large enough to fit two vehicles (one behind the other).
