Newer LVP flooring for easy care. Separate entrance, shared air conditioning and heating plus space heater/fan. Pets considered depending on sociability with other building animals. Aggressive animals are not approvable. Flat fee of $200 for all utilities and internet. Shared yard, tenants share in yardcare and snow removal responsibilities. Tenant uses street parking. Washer and dryer hookups and space to fit regular stackable unit or full size front loaders with stacking bracket. We check credit and criminal background. We don't accept anyone that has a recent previous eviction (past 5 years) or recent criminal background (past 5 years) that would be considered dangerous to the property or other tenants or neighbors. Base Deposit is with good credit, provable income and a good tenant history. If any of those components are lacking then the deposit will be increased. All payments prior to move in need to be Venmo, cashiers check or money order, then we accept personal checks thereafter. We require all tenants to have renters insurance.
