Property Id: 1392997 We are a group of doctorate students at Stony Brook University that have a quiet home. We have company over once a month or so doing a bonefire or movie hang out. It's a spacious space that has a few corners to study or relax. Personally, I love it here and the roommates have been clean, kind, and communicative. We're looking for the same. House is clean, spacious, with laundry on both floors. Easy parking in driveway. Less than 10 minutes from campus by car. 12 min bike ride. Room is on ground floor with a separate entrance to the downstairs shared area. Laundry on site. Seeking roommate who is quiet, clean, and communicative. Rent is only $731 with utilities included so please message me ASAP, if you're interested.
