Family room downstairs as well. Carport. Nice backyard and front yard. Pet friendly must have pet papers when submitting application. Great location quiet. Utilities Not included, $200 water deposit and $25 monthly garbage fee. We do require an approved application in our office before we show property. There is an application fee of $40 for and individual and $60 for a joint application. Your credit score must be 500 or above. Your application will be denied if you had a felony or a misdemeanor in the last 5 years or an eviction in the past 10 years. We will process your application within 7 to 10 working days depending on how fast references return our phone calls/fax/emails. Our office is located at 145 E. Decatur St., Decatur, IL. 62521.
