Inside, this apartment boasts a kitchen with granite counter-tops and stainless steel appliances (dishwasher, fridge, electric oven, microwave), in-unit washer and dryer, bathroom (shower), bedroom with closet, living room, and small linen closet in hallway. Brand new top of the line HVAC system was installed in 2022. Outside, this apartment includes a private fenced-in paved backyard with a 7x12 storage shed, small grass section, and a separate covered tiled patio at the front. Large fenced-in and landscaped courtyard with a beautiful live oak tree in the center. Off-street parking available for residents in the court yard. Trash, sewer, pest control and lawn care is included in the rent. Tenant is responsible for utilities (water and electricity) and Internet and to maintain private backyard. Renter's insurance required for the entire lease period. Pets are negotiable on a case-by-case basis. A small dog and cat will be considered. Certain dog breeds are not permitted by the Insurance company! Non-refundable pet fee ($250). When inquiring, please tell us about yourself, profession and pet/animal. To apply, please complete an application. We also ask for two (2) recent pay stubs, a current landlord reference and documentation for pet/animal. Preference will be given to candidates with a good credit score, qualifying and stable income, no prior evictions, no prior convictions, and excellent rental history. Non smokers only! The property is a two apartment duplex with a quiet, and long-term resident in the upstairs apartment. This rental is not advertised on or Facebook Marketplace. Viewings: Viewings are by appointment only. We require pre-screening questions prior to showing the apartment. Please do not disturb current tenant.
