This is a great place to live! I’ve been here for two years, and I can genuinely recommend it to anyone looking for a new home. The management and maintenance teams are exceptional. They take excellent care of the property and us residents. Whenever I've encountered an issue, it has been resolved within a day, and sometimes even right away. They organize fun and unique resident events, and everyone is treated with kindness and respect. Ms. Sonia has been a blessing to this community. She is the best landlord I’ve ever met, friendly yet firm in upholding the lease contract, which has significantly improved the cleanliness and safety of the community. The team definitely deserves 5 stars!

I recently moved into Oaks at Normandy and I cannot say enough great things about this place! From the moment I began my application process, the staff has been nothing short of exceptional. Tanya, is an absolute gem. She is incredibly helpful, always approachable, and goes above and beyond to ensure residents are happy and comfortable. The maintenance team is phenomenal! They are prompt, efficient, and can fix just about anything. On the rare occasion when they can't fix something immediately, they work tirelessly to resolve the issue as quickly as possible. Living at Oaks ay Normandy has been a wonderful experience thanks to the incredible staff and their unwavering commitment to excellence. I highly recommend this apartment complex to anyone looking for a place that feels like home with a team that genuinely cares about its residents.
