The main level features three bedrooms, sized at 10x10, 11x12, and 11x10, along with a hall bathroom that includes a jacuzzi tub and separate circular shower. The living areas include rooms with glass walls, built-in glass shelving, and a decorative fireplace (not functional). The kitchen is equipped with stainless steel appliances including a refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, and flat-top induction range. A large island provides additional workspace, and a pass-through connects the kitchen to the living room for easy entertaining. Upstairs, the expansive primary bedroom suite (15x25) serves as a private retreat. It includes a second room (19x12) with a mini-kitchen featuring a sink, countertop microwave, and refrigeratorperfect for a sitting room, office, or guest space. A private balcony extends from the suite, though the spiral staircase is off-limits. The en suite bathroom includes twin sinks and a large tiled shower. The fenced backyard is a true oasis with an inground pool, Astroturf lawn, patio furniture, and a storage shed. Pool service is included in the rent for added convenience. The home comes with window treatments, and a mix of carpet and laminate flooring. Items such as TVs, countertop microwave, mini refrigerators, patio furniture, jacuzzi tub jets, and solar panels for the pool are provided for tenant use but will not be repaired or replaced.
