Hello! We are looking to fill one bedroom in a large, well-maintained Spanish style home in Beverly Hills starting June 1st. You would be signing a year lease so please note - if you're only looking for a room for the summer, this is not the place for you. The house is spacious with a dining room, kitchen with a dishwasher, huge living room with a fireplace, beautiful 1920's details, a large yard, a generous garage and driveway that fits even guests, washer/dryer, and a courtyard. With the exception of your bedroom, the house itself is fully furnished. The bedroom is approximately 13'x12' and fully carpeted. It gets tons of light (two windows - one which overlooks the backyard) a nice sized closet and a ceiling fan. You would share a bathroom that has twin sinks with one other housemate who is clean and respectful of the shared space. The current housemates are in their 20s-30s. In addition to this open room, there are two housemates inside the house and one in a separate living space off the courtyard. The landlords are a local family who've owned the home for years and take care of everything with great attention. The neighborhood is a beautiful, tree-lined residential street with many shops and restaurants within walking distance. Very close to Beverly Drive - Pavilions, Starbucks, Peet's, Coffee Bean, Chipotle, Urth Caffe, CPK, Post Office - you name it. Safe, quiet, and convenient. 20 minutes to the beach and easy access to West Hollywood. Right off of Olympic Boulevard -- one of the best streets to take you East to West in LA. Please contact us if you are in your 20's - 30's with a bit about yourself. Sorry but please NO pets and NO couples. Thank you!
