Sweet house in a great Reynolds Community location, just a mile from the Blue Ridge Parkway and a quick drive to downtown Asheville. Fresh paint throughout! Lawn mowing and water included! Pretty hardwood floors are throughout the living room and main level bedroom; the kitchen, dining, laundry, and bathrooms are tiled. Kitchen appliances include the electric range, refrigerator, and dishwasher. Outdoor spaces include the covered front porch and small deck screened by privacy fencing behind the home. The main-floor bedroom includes a walk-in closet and en suite bathroom with a shower or bathtub. Each of the spacious upper-level bedrooms is carpeted and includes a walk-in closet. These bedrooms share the Jack-and-Jill bathroom with a separate vanity for each bedroom. One-car attached garage plus driveway parking. No street parking is permitted. The Association prohibits use of bicycles, scooters, and skateboards in the Winterwind Subdivision. Grass mowing is included; tenants are responsible for maintenance of beds around the home and pruning shrubbery. Water and sewer utilities are included; tenants responsible for all other utilities including electricity and trash collection. Central heat and central air conditioning, all electric. No smoking. No cosigners. No pets.
