It's a quick trip to downtown Victoria by car, bike and #14 bus (which goes directly to UVic). Close to Vic General Hospital, Royal Roads University, two large grocery stores and a great thrift shop. Galloping Goose and E&N bike trails are nearby. Two bedrooms upstairs share a bathroom with shower. Main floor has a second bathroom with a claw-foot tub, additional bedroom, kitchen, dining room, living room and den. Shared laundry and my bedroom are in the basement. Front and back decks, lovely yard, ornamental and native plant beds, medium-sized terrace and small food garden. The neighbourhood is along Esquimalt Harbour, with several beach access points for kayakers, paddle boarders and ocean swimmers. Also close to fabulous hiking, trail running and mountain biking at Thetis Lake. This residential neighbourhood is a beautiful, little-known gem in the region.
