I can honestly say that this house is in the ideal location for many reasons. First of all, it's close to a cul-de-sac, so there's a lot less traffic that would otherwise add noise and pollution to the area. Second, the backyard is not bad, so there's plenty of room to run around in or just relax on the grass and enjoy the sun. There's also a two-car garage and plenty of parking. The property itself is also very spacious and modern. It has three bedrooms and two and a half baths. The property is in close proximity to southwest elementary school back entrace and many shopping(FOOD LION, HARRIS TEETER, WALMART), Dining places(PALLADIUM). RENTERS PAY FOR THEIR UTILITIES
