This house is fully furnished and is available from Sept 1st 2026 to May 30th 2027 so strictly 10 months. The remaining 2 months (July/August) is used by our family. This is a new house with construction completed on May 12th 2022 and has many outstanding modern features. The Heat Pump and other improvements make this new house a STEP 4 LEVEL (out of 5) energy-efficient home with superb room temperature control and excellent air quality. The neighbourhood has private access to the beach. Bedrooms - 1 Kingsize bed and two queen-size beds in the other two rooms.
