First months rent and $1975 deposit required. Tenant is responsible for all utilities including electric, gas, water and sewer. There is a $50/adult application fee and we do run a credit/background check. We look for credit scores of 650+ and verifiable income 3x the rental amount, and do not accept prior evictions.
