The townhouse is close to shopping and restaurants, a short ride to the beach, and just a mile to Massey's Landing public boat ramp. Townhome will have new carpet and be freshly painted for the new tenant. Perfect timing to move in June 1 for the start of summer at the beach! This is a no smoking unit and pets are not allowed. First months rent and $1995 deposit required. Tenant is responsible for all utilities including electric, gas, water and sewer. There is a $50/adult application fee and we do run a credit/background check. We look for credit scores of 650+ and verifiable income 3x the rental amount, and do not accept prior evictions.
