UNIT DETAILS: Welcome to this cozy, Maplewood, updated, rare 2 bedroom, and a half bathroom home! With refinished wood floors, newer carpets, stainless steel appliances, and a fenced in back yard, you will fall in love! House is on the corner so parking is convenient on either one. When you walk in, you are greeted with a sunny living room. Before you hit the kitchen, you are greeted with the first half bath! Sink, toilet, and mirror included. Once you get to the kitchen, you'll be even more drenched in sunlight as it deflects off of the granite countertops and stainless steel appliances. The kitchen comes with a refrigerator, dishwasher, garbage disposal, microwave, and stove, almost everything anyone could ask for! The excellent, eat in kitchen space across from the kitchen provides an excellent space to put a dining room table. As you head up stairs, you are promptly greeted with the updated full bathroom conveniently located directly between the two spacious bedrooms. Lastly, the basement has the electric water heater, gas furnace, and both the washer and the dryer are included as well!! LEASE TERMS: We are offering a twelve or twenty four month lease. The move in charges include, a one month security deposit and the prorated rent for the month you're moving in (dependent on the move in day). Up to two cats, or one dog allowed, combo also allowed. There is a $200 refundable deposit for a cat and $400 refundable deposit for a dog. $25/month/pet rent. Tenant pays for all utilities. Qualifications include a credit score above 550, no previous evictions, and gross monthly income of at least 3x the rent amount. This is strictly a no smoking building and a background check will be conducted. Keep in mind, renter's insurance is a requirement to live here. The application fee is only $45.
