Furnished, 1-2 mo rental, pet friendly cottage on 5 acres - Chien Noir is an adorable cottage on a peaceful five acres. This is a pet friendly two bedroom, one bath cottage with a fully equipped kitchen, gas range, washer and dryer. The cozy living area with matching recliners has a propane stove to keep you warm as you settle in with your favorite book or watch netflix on the TV. Out on the large deck, listen to the birds in the trees and watch the butterflies flutter about while gazing at the beautiful Olympic Mountains. Plenty of space to wander around the property and play yard games, you can even munch on an apple or two in season. One bedroom has a queen sized bed; the second has a full sized bed. This is a pet friendly property; please inquire with weight, breed, age, fixed status and training of your dog for consideration. Additional pet fee and deposit. Must be fixed, adult and friendly. Parking - Plenty of outside parking for cars. Location - between Carlsborg Rd and Kitchen-Dick. Arrive home and soak up the peaceful serenity, with no close by neighbors. All utilities will be charged back, no need to open accounts. This is a vacation rental during the spring and summer. Application fee is $50 per adult. $56 lease prep fee. Section 8: Housing Assistance Accepted but rental term is for less than 6 months, as this is a holiday home. We do NOT accept portable applications (something that is obtained outside of the company). A complete application means: you've seen the unit, submitted the application and paid the fee. We are looking for people with a short term reason to stay, verifiable employment (or retired), gross income of 3x rent or pay in advance, excellent credit, and landlord or mortgage history.
