Lovely garden house in west-side Vancouver! Lots of skylight and windows. Roommate is looking to sublet her upstairs room. Share house with two female roommates in their early 20’s (myself and my friend.) We are two busy friendly animators who are working from home. LGBTQ+ friendly space. Our laneway house is located in the garden of a Chinese family with children. This is a non-smoking, no-drugs, no-pets quiet space great for students and working individuals. Fully furnished room near Dunbar, Kerrisdale, and UBC. Private bedroom includes: a transformer bed (goes from Twin size to Queen-size) with 3 storage units in it, office desk, chair, spacious closet. Big kitchen (fridge, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, kettle, moka-pot, cooking supplies and dishes) and cozy living room area with the TV-set (cable TV + HDMI cable). Full bathroom upstairs and toilet downstairs. Washer and Dryer provided in our house. 2 mins away from bus #7 (Kitsilano area, Beaches, Downtown), 7 mins to bus R41 (Canada-line, Expo-line, East Vancouver). Close to UBC. Walking distance to grocery stores, banks, cafes etc. $700 + utilities. Room is available starting December 1st. Women/females ONLY. No couples and males please.
