5 Month Sublet (November - March with possibility for extension) in South Granville/Fairview. Hi, I have to leave Vancouver for a few months and I am looking to sublet my one bedroom apartment in the South Granville/Fairview area, close to Broadway. Some details about the apartment: • Southwest facing so it gets lots of natural light; • On the top floor of the building with balcony; • Fully furnished with in-unit laundry; • Complete set of appliances (modern oven and cooktop, kettle, microwave, toaster and rice cooker) • Plenty of storage throughout the apartment; • In a very walkable neighbourhood close to shops, restaurants, cafés and parks; and • Within a 5-10 minute walking distance of the 10 and 16 buses which go downtown and from the 9 and 99 buses on Broadway which is about 15 minute trip to Commercial/Broadway Skytrain station. Looking to sublet from early November to March, however, there is a possibility to extend if needed. Monthly rent includes water, electricity and wifi.
