The Westchester is a boutique residential apartment building built in the early 1920's. The building is located one block from South Granville shops, parks, library, bank, grocery, and restaurants and public transit. All suites are approximately 550 sf and include character molding and oak flooring. There is a common backyard with a picnic table for summer use. The laundry room has newer washers and dryers with smart card readers. Heat and hot water are included in the rent. Bicycle storage area and storage lockers are available. The building has a great caretaker that takes great pride in the building and the comfort of the tenants.
