About 350 Taylor St
My roommate and I are graduate students (female, 22, 25) at USC and need a roommate to fill our third room in a 3 bedroom 2 bathroom townhouse. Its at Canalside lofts, super close to the vista and to USC. Our townhouse is really nice with wood flooring, new appliances, WD in unit, 2 bathroom, a 2 car garage and two pools on the property. It is also right on the columbia canal/riverfront park! Looking for someone to move in ASAP. We have a really sweet 60 lb lab mix. You would share a bathroom with the upstairs roommate, the upstairs room would could be partially furnished or totally unfurnished. We are very easy going, clean, and active.
