The home has an open studio layout with a kitchen - living room - bedroom common area. The kitchen comes with a stove and refrigerator. The bathroom has a standup shower and washer dryer hookups. The home is wired for Internet, and has two parking spaces. All new paint, lighting, blinds, and kitchen faucet. The rent is $625 per month, the Landlord pays for water, garbage, lawn maintenance, and sewer/septic. Tenant pays for power and cable/Internet (optional). A background check, credit screening, and reference checks are required for each tenant over 18. A security deposit of $625 is required before move-in. We allow 1 cat or 1 small dog with a $25 per month pet fee.
