This apartment is the perfect place to relax and feel at home. Conveniently located near several highly regarded schools, including Provost Elementary School and Franklin School for younger students, as well as Provo Peaks Elementary School. For older students, the area is also within reach of Provo High School. Tenants with pets pay and additional $75 in pet rent monthly per pet. Pet deposit is an additional $750 per pet. Utilities are tenant responsibility, there is a $50 flat fee for water sewer and garbage and gas and electricity must be in the tenants name. Renter's insurance required upon move in.
