Everyone that will be living in the home that is 18 years or older is required to submit an application. The application fee is $55.00, non-refundable. The requirements for approval are: - A 595 minimum credit score, and no prior bankruptcies in the last 10 years. - Clear background check with no prior felonies in the last 10 years. - Two landlords need to be provided to verify rental history, if applicable, and they cannot be relatives. - Employment verification for the last year of employment.
