I bought a house recently and am looking to possibly rent out a room to the right person. I recently had the floors refinished and am in the process of upgrading the appliances. There is one large bedroom for rent, a smaller room if you're interested in having an office, private parking, a small yard, central a/c, brand new Samsung washer & dryer, new gas range/oven, new dish washer, and a basement for storage.
