Conveniently located on the University Parkway corridor, Parkridge Condominiums is situated minutes from major shopping, fine dining, and entertainment. Downtown Lakewood Ranch is conveniently close by, and in 15 minutes or less you can be in downtown Sarasota or the beautiful and warm Gulf of Mexico Beaches. Don't let this slip you by. This unit has a 1 car garage, 3 bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms, a bonus room, a screened lanai, laundry machines included. No carpets! Ceiling fans throughout and central A/C and heat. Animals up to 45lbs. allowed with additional refundable security deposit (amount based upon approval). Renters insurance is required by the Landlord at this property, who will self-manage during your lease. Water will be billed-back with rent at a flat rate of $86/mo, as the water is paid by the owner with the HOA dues. To move-in: $50 application fee PER tenant 18+ years of age. First month's rent. Security Deposit (Starts at one month's rent, but is dependent on a credit/background screening). $100 HOA application fee per person or married couple. Move-in service program ($150).
