First of all, the staff is WONDERFUL and so incredibly accommodating (and patient). They are the reason we chose to live here. Corinna is such a delight and truly cares about her residents, even before you move in. And Rick, especially, has taken care of us more times than we can count. No matter what the issue, he always comes over with a smile and a genuine desire to help.
The property itself is GORGEOUS. We previously lived in a "luxury" community and were disappointed both by how run down it looked and the lack of amenities, despite it being brand new. In contrast, The Harrison is simply stunning. From the clubhouse, to the pool, to the mail room, gym, work share space, storage, pet spa.... Everything is first class. I cannot recommend this place enough.

Great amenities, friendly & professional on-site staff, quick response time to service/maintenance requests. The location is ideal, so many options for dining, shopping, golf, beaches, etc.. The gym, pool, fire pit, community center, and dog park are really nice features offered here. They also host several events throughout the month like Taco Tuesday, Bingo with prizes, Karaoke, Professional Networking events, holiday gatherings, and Dog-Park Pool Parties in the warmer months, just to name a few.. highly satisfied with my time here.

The Harrison is beautiful. Great amenities that are always SPOTLESS, pet friendly, wonderful & welcoming staff and all the neighbors are very respectful and sweet.
The pool area is a winner. Location is great. 10 minutes to downtown sarasota or 10 minutes to the highway.
Right on University, but you can't hear a thing. I can finally say I love where I live.
Shoutout to maintenance and everyone in the leasing office for being so wonderful :)
I've never lived in an apartment that was so beautiful! Not to mention the location is very convenient to everything I need.
Moving down to Florida from up North, I was hoping I'd love the place I picked, and boy do I ever. Everything is super clean, the office and maintenance staff are amazing! They make you feel like a valued resident, which especially now is very important to me.
I would hands down recommend Harrison Apartments to anyone that enjoys waking up every day in a state of contentment.
When we moved down from up North, we toured 12+ properties in the Sarasota area before finding The Harrison. That was 2 years and we are so lucky we landed here. This is the best apartment & complex we've ever lived in. We've never had any issues with any of our appliances, fixtures or apartment structures. The amenities including the gym, pool and dog park are amazing, plus the grounds themselves are well maintained and landscaped. The staff onsite have always been a pleasure to work with, and it's clear they take pride in maintaining the community, quality and aesthetic of the property. This is also a prime location to anything you need: shopping, beaches and downtown. We're happy to have found The Harrison!

We lived at the Harrison Apartments for a year and have only positive experience. Staff, neighborhood, amenities, location - literally perfect!
Only thing that I can advise future residents is a best apartments are on the top floor (because noise from neighbors above can be an issue).
My honest recommendation for Harrison Apartments!

Living at the Harrison is FABULOUS. The Leasing and Maintenance staff are friendly and helpful. The amenities are wonderful and well maintained. We are so glad to have found this place to call HOME.
