The completely separated downstairs has 3 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms. Bonus large/long lanai with ocean views great for dining, relaxing and BBQing (BBQ grill included in the rental). Included in the rent is landscaping, trash, internet, and pest control as the owner provides. Water is attributable to the tenant for overages above $150 a month and electric is attributable to the tenant for overages above $300 a month. One parking space in the carport with additional storage lockers available. A second vehicle (no more than 2 vehicles) would be subject to street parking. There is a max occupancy of 2 people due to the sewer limitations. No smoking/vaping and no pets please.
