Washer and dryer are available but not owner maintained. The master bedroom has a walk-in closet and a half bath. The second bedroom has two closets. The downstairs bedroom could be used as a workout room, office or storage as well. Just off the kitchen is a large patio with privacy fence for grilling and entertaining. Rent is $1900/per month with a security deposit equal to one month's rent required prior to lease signing. After the 6 month lease has expired then it automatically goes month to month if both parties agree. Resident pays for all utilities and provides their own rental insurance. Garbage service, lawn care and pest control are provided by the Landlord. Residents with criminal history with a felony or any aggravated misdemeanors not accepted. Residents with an eviction or bankruptcy within the last 7 years not accepted. Background/Credit check required at tenant's costs. Must gross three times to the monthly rent amount to qualify income. This property does not accept section eight vouchers. We provide complimentary preventative maintenance checks to ensure all systems in your home stay in working order. During these checks, we also service the HVAC systems, change AC filters and clean out the gutters. These are scheduled at your convenience but are mandatory.
