You're going to flip when you see such a cute spot, in one of the BEST parts of Culver City, near the metro! It's got patio space, NO SHARED WALLS (did I mention?), its own private washer/dryer, 1-car garage parking (plus easy street permit parking!), it's got a dishwasher! What else do you need to know? This place oozes charm. It's also pet friendly for a small dog or cat. Great upper unit with only the garage below and a HUGE picture window in the living room. All the windows have nice views. Newer kitchen. Wood floors throughout, two bedrooms and two bathrooms (one with shower/tub combo and one with shower) complete the picture. There is a small patio accessible from door in kitchen, leading down to an area where you can place your bistro table and dine al fresco, plus storage room/laundry room and shared garage down there too. It's also easy street permit parking for residents. Not only is the home perfect, the area is really amazing! Quiet, yet super walkable to tons of Culver hotspots! Downtown Culver is about a 20 min walk, Platform 10 minutes, and Helms Bakery just a 3 minute walk! All known for their cute eateries, shopping and libations, or take an easy 10 minute stroll to the Metro Expo Line to take it straight to Santa Monica, or into DTLA. Rentals like this one don't come up that often in this little pocket, because the residents know how good they have it here in "McManus". Shh, don't tell anyone else and snap this one up, stat!
