This sunny, two-bedroom apartment features open concept living area with a quaint balcony facing 13th St. The kitchen is equipped with stainless steel appliances, granite counters, and ample cabinet space. This open space allows for a full living room furniture set plus a kitchen table. As you continue down the hallway you have the first bedroom with a built-in standing wardrobe with plenty of space for hanging clothes along with drawer systems. This room would easily accommodate a Queen-sized bed. The primary bedroom to the rear of the unit welcomes in lots of natural light through the three windows. This room also has a good sized closet and is large enough to comfortably fit a Queen-sized bed along with other furniture. The unit has an in-unit washer and dryer, a private exit to a shared roof deck, and plenty of storage space. The apartment is part of The Courtland Park Condominium, just a few blocks from the Columbia Heights Metro Station (Green/Yellow), and less than a mile to the Petworth Metro Station. The neighborhood offers numerous shops, restaurants, parks, and grocery stores to choose from, all within a mile or less! Tenants are responsible for electricity, gas, and for any desired cable/internet services. Tenants are also responsible for the payment of the HOA's $100.00 move in fee. Pets are allowed on a case-by-case basis (One cat or one small dog). There is a one-time non-refundable pet fee of $300.00. The minimum lease term is one year and a security deposit equal to one month's rent is required at time of signing the lease agreement. A credit score of 670+ is vital for consideration (per DC statute, the approval decision is not based solely on the credit score). The application fee for this unit is $50.00 per applicant.
