Outside you will find a private back deck, rain barrel flower planter, and several raised garden beds perfect for growing your own veggies or flowers. Small dogs considered per owner’s discretion with $250 refundable deposit per dog up to two dogs; sorry, no cats. Tenant pays all utilities. Sorry, no co-signers. No Cats Allowed
