Minutes from ski areas and the PCT, this is perfect for those desiring to get out of the city, and find peace of mind and soul in nature, yet still convenient to what the city offers. Your space: Huge space with your own fireplace and private entrance. Large walk-in closet, lots of storage, warm and cozy in the winter and cool in the summer. Fully furnished with organic pillow-top mattress, dresser, mountain art. Prior tenants have called this “the healing house,” and have shared with us that they “have never slept better” in all their lives. Walk-in closet and bathroom for your enjoyment. The middle floor showcases beautiful 360 degree views of the mountains, large plush suede chairs, a bookcase and reading nook, and more. This level has a mud room upon entry where you can hang wet clothes to dry, a large all renovated kitchen with full convection oven, air fryer and more. The middle floor is shared with one other person, who uses the upper space as her secondary space, from time to time. The home has radiant heat and fireplaces for cozy winters, with your entire space being the best insulated. We also have a shop where you can tune up skis/snowboards, or tinker with a project. Everything you need for your mountain sanctuary! The ideal tenant is a respectful, financially-established person or couple who enjoys nature and the outdoors. We do a full background and credit check, so please do have your affairs in order. This is more of a spiritual sanctuary and place of healing and rest than a "ski cabin," full of nice things and well-thought out art and decor, so our chosen candidate will be respectful of that. Our last tenant was absolutely wonderful, we are looking forward to you being our next wonderful tenant! $1,900 for single, $2,900 for couple. No smoking. Thank you.
