I overall love living at Lofts 34 because of the location, how beautiful our unit is and how attentive the staff are. That being said, those are my main concerns, if yours differ please read on for an honest opinion of the pros and cons.
Pros: The apartments are beautiful, more beautiful than any we have looked at or live in, in the Nashua area. The location is amazing too. They accept pets and the appliances are high quality in each unit. I'm so happy we have a deeper bathtub and washer dryer in unit. The amenities are top notch here: common room, theater, gym etc. The staff are amazing and super helpful, they'll help you with anything and always aim to give you the best service possible. Everything feels safe and secure here. Any complaint we've had has been swiftly remedied by the staff, they actually listen to you and work towards finding a solution.
Cons: The parking can be an issue especially with snow removal. There is no recycling in this building and there is only a trash room, no chutes. The apartments can be drafty and the heating system is loud but I think that has more to do with the building being old. Some of the finishing elements in your apartment look sloppy, I think it was a rushed renovation.
If you're looking to live in a place that has an up and coming city life, with great amenities and is beautifully built, I highly recommend living here. You can walk to cafes, restaurants and bars. The river offers and amazing view and the amenities really make it so you never have to leave. Our lease will be coming up for renewal this year and I can honestly say that we don't want to live anywhere else. Cluster/apartment living will always have its drawbacks regardless of the property but this apartment feels like my home and I really do love living here.

For millennials to mid-lifers and beyond, Lofts 34 is the place to be! It's a community filled with professionals. Very friendly, respectful of quiet hours, and NOT the feeling of your dorm life back in college. While the amenities allow for all kinds of fun - from air hockey & billiards to indoor putting practice, basketball, theater room, gym, areas for a family party, or the quiet library, Lofts 34 has all you need. The big appeal for me was my own washer/dryer, VERY pet friendly, quiet, and clean. The staff is amazing! Friendly office workers who actually know who you are, a dedicated cleaning lady, and an approachable/friendly maintenance crew - all always going out of their way to chat with me, greet my dogs, and meet my needs. I've had to submit requests for some easy repairs and the maintenance guys responded almost immediately, and voluntarily brought along dog treats for my pups! Best advice I was given when transitioning from home-ownership to apartment life was to find a place I'm happy to come home to. And with Lofts 34, I did.
My wife & I moved in here in December & we absolutely love it! Our apartment is new & beautiful with large windows overlooking the river. I love the underground parking & never have to shovel snow....don't have to schlep the garbage out to the curb either! Our neighbors are friendly, as well as all the staff here. We highly recommend it!

We recently moved to Lofts 34 after selling our home. We were nervous about apartment living and initially had some reservations. The staff here are very accommodating and have helped make the transition go smoothly. We absolutely love our unit...large windows with incredible city views, exposed brick with tall ceilings, and upgraded kitchen with lots of storage. We look forward to enjoying the amenities (gym, game room, theatre and outdoor patios) The location is ideal for walking to our favorite restaurants as well as Mines Falls. We are excited to call Lofts 34 our home!

Patrick B and the entire Lofts 34 Leasing Team is awesome. Patrick provided truly exceptional service to me, a prospective tenant. A good example was when he gave me a virtual walk thru the apartment so I could see it from 3,100 miles away in San Jose, California. Thank you Patrick and Lofts 34 leasing team. I appreciate you going to extra lengths to accommodate my special request especially during these times of housing shortages. You are great ! I strongly recommend you consider Lofts 34 because it is an awesome place to call home and the staff treat you like family because they really care about you.

We have moved in 6 weeks ago and it has been fantastic. The staff is so friendly and the maintenance crew responds within minutes for the littlest things with a smile. The location is great. Only 1 block from downtown bars and restaurants and you can even walk to a great coffee bistro in your sweats. Excellent workout facility and large community areas with ping pong, pool tables, air hockey table and more. We even had friends over for the use of the media room to watch the Pats football game, so much fun. Oh and a putting green. All included. Very happy with our choice.
We moved in to Lofts34 last May, after relocating here from New Orleans. We knew nothing about Nashua, the Property Management company, nor the property itself. But we are so thrilled to be here! The location to downtown is so convenient, we can walk everywhere. But none of that matters if we did not have a great place to come back to. The Leasing Staff is always available for a smile, an answer to a question, or help if we have an issue. Shelagh has been here since we arrived and we love her; she's always so pleasant and helpful. And now add Patrick and we seem to have a winning team. He is such a fabulous Property Manager, keeping us informed of what we need to know, but does it in such a personable way. I agree with another person who said don't let this team leave! We look forward to staying here for a while and wanted to give a shout out to the team that probably doesn't hear "thank you" very often. But THANK YOU!
I moved into Lofts 34 in December and I have to say this is the best move I have ever made. I love the facility and the amenities available (game room, library, movie room, Internet cafe, gym). The staff could not be nicer or care about their tenants more. Maintenance responds quickly to submitted requests and works quickly and cleanly. With two outdoor decks and the ability to grill outside I can hardly wait for summer.
