We are renting a brand new furnished condo unit in South Pandosy (at Richter and Lakeshore) just across the street from Boyce-Gyro Beach in the Caban complex. It is a one bedroom condo with 1.5 baths. The unit is south facing overlooking the courtyard, which has three pergolas with fire pit social areas, a heated swimming pool, hot tub, sauna, gym and bookable grill/party area. The unit has a large balcony and a parking spot in the garage, and is furnished. There is a washer/dryer in the unit and high end appliances and finishes. There is room to bring in some furniture, such as a desk, bookshelf etc at the front of the living area by the windows (I will be removing the computer workstation once it is rented) otherwise we want to leave the furniture in the unit. We are including all utilities in the rent, including cable and internet.660 sq ft. Available August 1st, we could perhaps also do as early as July 15th. We are wanting to do mid-term leases (less than one year) since it's a furnished unit and we won't be removing the furniture.
