New 4 Bedroom / 4 Bath Townhome. Every room has an A/C unit in them. Each larger than normal bedroom is your own master bedroom with your own full bathroom & walk in closets. This is a great close in downtown location. Close to everything including the U of O for those that want to be close enough without being in the thick of the student world. There is a large 1 car garage for this unit. All solid surfaces including granite counters and vinyl plank floors. We only charge $35 a month for pet rent as well as an additional deposit of $250.
