I love living here. Most of my neighbors are friendly and enjoy and take pride in our homes. New management is doing a great job. Grounds are always clean. Neighborhood is safe and quiet.

We lived here for 3 years and do not have one complaint. It is safe, quiet, and the management was excellent. The location is ideal as it is central to Eugene, while being removed with limited foot traffic. Any maintenance issue we had was typically taken care of the same day. Great apartments in terms of space and quality as well.
