I just signed another year at the Lofts. The staff here make the higher-end price worth it. When any issue arises, text, email or stopping by the front desk and they find a solution. This place feels like something you would find in LA or NYC. And the amenities of the Lofts feel like they're always expanding. For example dry cleaning was just added as a service.

I moved to the 5th St market with purpose. The Gordon Lofts were a bit more than I was hoping to spend but the value has been spot on. I love the area, the shops, the parks and the people. You can't get a better location in town. I’ve had a bit of ups and downs but overall this has been a wonderful experience. I'm happy to call Gordon Lofts home and the staff (especially Shelby M) has been great. The high end finishings and appliances work well for my attention to detail. I highly recommend it here and do so to my friends. Life is what you make it and Gordon Lofts has helped support my lifestyle. I run and paddle the nearby areas almost daily, my backyard is Skinners Butte and Alton Baker Park. My dog loves it here and so do I.
