Plenty of outdoor chairs to set up as needed. 2 car garage and electric car plug. Located in the Surfside community. 5 miles to the Ocean Park grocery stores, pharmacy, restaurants and shops. Enjoy all the Long Beach Peninsula has to offer from Oysterville to Ilwaco including year-round events and festivals, excellent restaurants, charming shops, day spas, craft breweries, stunning natural areas, wildlife preserves and, of course, plenty of beaches. Golf Course just 1 mile away. Hop on a fishing charter, kayak in Black Lake (no motor boats allowed), bike the Discovery Trail, visit the Lewis & Clark Interpretive Center, 2 lighthouses, Deadman's Cove and Waikiki Beach in Cape Disappointment.
