Unit includes, stove, fridge, dishwasher, new water softener and shared laundry. One bedroom has carpeting, the other 2 have hardwood floors. Deck and patio area creates a nice outdoor space for relaxation. This unit does have a small rental unit downstairs that is not available at this time; the units do have separate entrances. Updated windows, roof, decking and appliances (new HE furnace, new water softener and water heater). Tenant has use of ½ of the shared 2 car garage. Upper tenant has use of 1/3 of the basement which does not include the laundry area that is shared with the lower tenant. This area is finished for the upstairs rental as a family room/living area. Unit has central air and natural gas forced air heat. Includes all utilities except phone, cable, and internet. Tenant maintains the lawn care and snow removal.
