The unit features lovely hardwood flooring in the living room, stain glass windows in the front of the home, an in-unit washer and dryer, and a large bedroom closet. The living room is of ample size for relaxing and entertaining guests. The bedroom can comfortably fit a queen-sized bed as well as a dresser. This home is located in Mt. Pleasant, one of DC's most sought after neighborhoods. With 14th and 16th Street close by, you have endless possibilities for restaurants, bars, coffee shops, and retail shopping. Piney Branch Park is located directly behind the home and there are also plenty of small parks close by. This unit will be available by mid-July. Do not hesitate to set up a tour today! There is an application fee of $50 per applicant. The minimum credit score requirement is 670 (per DC statute, the approval decision is not based solely on the credit score). A household gross income equal to or exceeding three-times (3x) the monthly rent is preferred (2.5x is required to qualify). The minimum lease term is for one (1) year. The security deposit is equal to one (1) full month's rent. Tenants are responsible for paying for the unit's monthly electric utility (Pepco) and one-sixth (1/6) of the monthly building gas utility (Washington Gas). Tenants are also responsible for cable/internet (if desired). Pets will be considered on a case-by-case basis with a $300 non-refundable Pet Fee. Smoking is not permitted at this property.
