There is a large den (with an adjoining small office or work room) off of the living room. There is also a large pantry and laundry room next to the kitchen. The abundance of natural light flows seamlessly throughout the kitchen and keeping room. The addition of window roller shades in this "entertainment" area gives the space a very nice appearance. There are 5 windows overlooking the backyard and patio. A glass door leads to the patio from the kitchen. The entire house has been completely updated with all new kitchen stainless steel appliances, all new flooring throughout the house, all new bathroom vanities with granite countertops, all new update tub showers, all new updated doors & windows. The house has four bedrooms. Including: 1) Two very large bedrooms upstairs (both have custom closets) that share a bathroom with 2 sinks, updated tub shower, and custom shelving for increased storage and functionality. and 2) The 3rd and 4th bedrooms are downstairs.
