Step outside on your personal balcony and witness the full views of the Sierra Nevada Mountains. Each room comes with a bathroom and walk-in closet. In-unit washer and dryer with a two-car garage. Central refrigerant air conditioning and gas heating. Backyard with a small area for a table and chairs. No smoking of any kind permitted inside or outside of property including tobacco, marijuana or vaping. Background checks and credit checks will be performed for all applicants. Due to new floors and condition of the unit, no Pets will be permitted. Pets considered upon approval. Tenant responsible for all utilities, with sewer and trash remaining in the owner’s name and billed back at $59.08/month for sewer and $25.20/month for trash. Security deposit equals one month’s rent. Approved pets require a $1,000 refundable deposit and $50/month per animal. A $250 non-refundable administration fee is due at lease signing, along with a $50 non-refundable application fee per applicant.
