About 3331 Oregon Ave
We are seeking ONE tenant for this space. Adjacent bedroom rented to a female, who has requested a FEMALE ONLY as you would be sharing the bathroom with her. This is a 3000 square foot house built in 2012 situated on a 7000 square foot lot in a beautiful, quiet neighborhood, less than 10 minutes north of downtown Long Beach near Signal Hill / Bixby Knolls, central to everything Los Angeles and Orange County have to offer. Wide, tree-lined streets, great neighbors, and always plenty of parking right out front. About 10 minutes from Cal State Long Beach (CSULB), Cal State Dominguez Hills (CSUDH), or Long Beach City College (LBCC). About 2 minutes from the 405 and 710 freeways (though you would never know it), and there is a Metro train station and bus stop within walking distance to make your commute even easier. You would have your own large private bedroom and share a gorgeous marble bathroom with just one very sweet 23 y/o female. You would share the kitchen, dining, and main living space with just her and me. The house has a laundry room (with free washer dryer use), rooftop sun deck, and a beautiful backyard with fire-pit, as well. Those spaces are shared with just 2 others (an amazing married couple in their late 20s) who have their own kitchen, living space, and everything else. There are two dogs (Siberian Huskies) in the house. They are friendly, quiet, and well trained, and spend most of their time sleeping, but love to play if you want to entertain yourself. :) We're all pretty easy going, and while it's generally pretty quiet, we have great entertaining space, and welcome occasional guests for a casual evening drink or two. Please note, smoking of any kind is NOT TOLERATED on the property. Other things to know: All utilites including super fast Internet and WiFi are included, plus the bedroom can be furnished with a queen bed, two dressers, TV, etc, if you'd like, at no additional cost. The kitchen is fully furnished with plates, glassware, pots, pans, silverware, coffee pot, etc. At $700 deposit is required. NOTE: Please don't ask if the room is available. If it's posted, it's available. Please include some basic info about yourself, a photo, a link to your Facebook / IG or SOMETHING in your initial email or we will assume you are a robot or a spammer and you will not get a reply. We typically get a lot of emails, so it may take a couple of days to hear back, but please be patient. We are really hoping to find the perfect person for the space, but don't let that discourage you from applying.
