Tours will begin in December. The unit features a large backyard, a designated off-street parking area and central air (AC). A washer and dryer are included and located in the basement. We welcome pets with a monthly fee of $50 per pet and a one time, non-refundable $250 pet fee. Smoking is permitted outdoors ONLY. It is prohibited indoors. Utilities included: Water, sewer, and trash. Utilities not included: Electric and cable/internet. Heat is electric, so it is covered under the tenant's electric bill. Note: Photos are not available yet due to the ongoing renovation, but the space is being designed to be perfect for a small family! Tenants are welcome to plant their own landscaping, so long as they maintain. We have a strict policy prohibiting tenants from planting vines though.
