This house is in a great location - just off Hastings Way and only minutes from the bi-pass, Clairemont, or downtown Eau Claire. There a great front porch and some hardwood floors. The unfinished basement is good for storage and there is a detached one car garage. No more than 2 pets (non-bully breed dogs; fixed indoor cats) will be considered for a qualified applicant along with an additional security deposit and monthly fee. No smoking. We require that people pre-apply for all rentals before setting up a showing. You can do so through our website. You may also contact our office for a PDF form.
