Rent is $1765 a month and the utilities included are covering water, sewage, trash, gas and WIFI! The application fee is $45 per person with the deposit of $600 pending approval. The deposit subject to change pending results of background check. We are PET FRIENDLY! $35/month pet rent and $300 pet deposit. Up to two cats and one dog allowed. To qualify with us here at RIO you must make twice the amount of rent per month, have good established credit (min 2 open lines of credit in good standings), no collections, no Rental Debt, no Evictions, and have a clean background check.
