I have 1 room and shared bathroom to rent in my home in Pelham, near Salem, NH. It’s a quiet area with plenty of street parking, so If you have a car, you can park in front. The room is not currently furnished, but if you need a bed, we can purchase one and have it ready for you after you sign the contract. The house is about 10 minutes from Salem, and 8 minutes from I-93, so commuting is possible. There are currently two young adults (1 man and 1 woman) living in the house. No pets please. Wifi, washer and dryer usage, and utilities are all included in the rent. My new roommate will have access to the common areas of the home, living room, kitchen and bathroom. Ideally, I’m looking for someone to stay at least 3 months, a non smoker, and not to noisy. I'm also looking for someone that will treat the common furniture and kitchen as if it was their own.
